Since Fort Myers and Cape Coral are located so close together many agents are members of both MLS systems. In order to receive all the new listings, you need to register with both of the MLS systems. Since many agents are members of both boards, you may receive duplicates, but sometimes you get more information that way!

When you register you will need to identify your  requirements as closely as possible. There are many more search options available than can be listed on the search form, so if you have requirements that you do not see listed, please put them in the comment field and we will try to accommodate them.
