Hello my name is Julie. I was raised in the small town of Wappingers Falls, New York just 90 miles north of NYC, spending my summer vacations in Maine and all of New England. I am a graduate of Marist College located along the beautiful Hudson River Valley receiving a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance. Upon graduating, I immediately started a career in Community Banking.
I moved to Florida in 1991 and always tell the story of how my parents dropped me off in Jacksonville on their way to retirement in Southwest Florida.
In my early days, in banking, I handled mostly construction loans and loan servicing working my way up to Vice President of Bank Operations. I always stayed with the small community banks whose philosophy was to know your customers and provide those customers with the best service possible. We prided ourselves on the customer comes first!
I was married in 2005 to a retired Navy SCPO. The wedding took place on our yacht and it is also where we live today. Rick has three children and eight grandchildren who I am proud to call my grandkids too. We enjoy boating and being on the water so much we do it full time. We love finding anchor spots to spend the night and enjoy swimming and snorkeling.
Just as my customers come first so does my family. I am the last of eight children and my parents raised us with a very strong work ethic. I moved to Southwest Florida this year to be closer to my parents and watch over them just as they have watched over me. I love living here where the water is picture perfect and gulf breezes are blowing.
My extensive knowledge of residential and commercial real estate from my banking career gives me a unique advantage to help clients navigate the real estate waters. My goal and passion in life is to help people. Since homeownership is one of the most important decisions we make in life, I want to be there to help support you in those decisions. I am a Realtor who will work hard for you and with you and always goes the extra mile.
